Idea
Build a installer for the Windows version of Rtcw and Rtcw Goty.
Achievements
We had a full running installer which used a precompiled e_wise binary which does not work anymore.
Problem
At the moment there is no tool to extract the needed files from the Rtcw Wise setup file.
