Build an installer for Heavy Gear 2 from Loki. Including the latest patch and workarounds.

Have a working installer.

• waiting for new mojosetup build (tar-bug)

• need a nice(er) splash

• find a working servers.dat if possible (even the “new” one from icculus doesn't work)

• added the “-g” option to get fog in the game. Hope doesn't cause any trouble.

• have to use SDL_VIDEO_YUV_HWACCEL=0 even without loki-compat-libs. Maybe the startscript should be changed
