Build an installer for Heavy Gear 2 from Loki. Including the latest patch and workarounds.

Wishlist
- need a nice(er) splash
- find a working servers.dat if possible (even the “new” one from icculus doesn't work)
Notes
- added the “-g” option to get fog in the game. Hope doesn't cause any trouble.
- have to use SDL_VIDEO_YUV_HWACCEL=0.
- libgthread-1.2.so.0 and libglib-1.2.so.0 are included
