Build an installer for all the old Loki demos. Including the latest patches and workarounds.

Todo
- provide my own xdg-utils so opening the webshop works on systems without
- SMAC should use the Xephyr binary if available → Take it from the full version of SMAC
Problems
- Launcher and games have problem with compiz → noted in readme
- Installer is HUGE (900MB)
- Heretic 2 Demo wont start the installpath is long
