Update our NWN installers to version 1.69

Problem
1.69 is only avaiable in English at the moment and we should try to accomplish this with our mojosetup_dummy installer.

Possible solutions
- try to map the component tag support from loki_setup to mojosetup (ask on the mailinglist etc.)
- start with the English installers
