Notes:

  * ~/.theocracy/mvos.cfg has to contain a line like "language=german" or any other supported language (english, french, italian, magyar or spanish), otherwise the game will crash without any error message

  * if the game doesn't start with a message like "Error by bind: Invalid argument", see https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42012
