Build an installer for Myth 2 from Loki. Including the latest patch, the addon and workarounds.

  * have a working installer which includes the addon Chimera and the necessary libs for the tools.

== Problems ==
  * Myth 2 creates symlinks from inside of ~/.loki/myth2 to the global installation. If you reinstall Myth on another location, those symlinks are dead and the game crashes due to. Problem is noted in README.liflg.
  * Bungie.net has closed down. Solution: Use the TCP/IP option for multiplayer
  * due to changes in /proc/, Myth II is no longer able to parse it correctly and thus does not allow to enable OpenGL and crashes after playing a movie. Solution: http://tobias.rautenkranz.ch/code/
