This site should serve as checklist for installers.

===Testers====
  * The filename of the finished installer follows the rules of the [[projects:liflg:mojosetup#naming_schema | Naming schema]]
    * Keep an eye on the multilingual installers: make sure they contain multilingual in their filename and not multilanguage
  * Game can be started with a symlink (when using a Loki installer), from outside the install directory and through the menu
  * Make sure that you deleted the configuration in ~/.CONFIGDIR before you start the game the first time
  * The menu entry is in the correct category (Games)
  * Switching the resolution of the game works (if this option is available)
  * Multiplayer via network works (if available)
  * Sound works (intromovie, menu, in-game)
  * Have a look at the readme (spelling errors, mission information, old version number, depencies, etc)
    * Make sure, on the bottom "The Linux Installers for Linux Gamers Team" is written and not our old name "The Loki Installers for Linux Gamers Team"
  * Test if the uninstall option works (does not leave any files)

===Developers===

  * Readme and Eula files have to be utf-8 encoded
  * Game has been tested on a fresh distribution installation (to test if it works without old or uncommon libs)

===Updated Installer===

  * Increasing the release number in {README, config.lua, installer-filename}
